~ON HOLD~ A nice example of an early English smallsword, with a longer than usual rapier style blade staped in a small fuller that runs for only one quarter of the sword with the word voeus or something similar. The grip is solid brass and the pomel is relatively plain with just a few straight lines down with the pas-de-ane rings undamaged. This sword still retaining a lot of its original guilt and the deeply chiselled blade is exquisite The pictures of this sword does not do it justice |
