What types of payment would you accept?
We accept Cheques (drawn on a British Bank) ,Paypal(see below), Google checkout, Cash. We have a secure server where we can take credit and debit card transactions
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your item please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will happily return your money. If it is owing to miss-description we will cover shipping if not buyer to pay return postage.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, if you buy more than one item and see another you would like to buy we will happily hold back shipment till both items can be despatched together thus saving you postage.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We despatch items within 1 day of payment being received and CLEARED, if you pay by cheque or e-cheque please allow 4 working days for the funds to clear, anyone paying pay pal we do next day despatch.
Do we accept Paypal?
We do accept Paypal but there is a 3% surcharge to cover our conversion costs with paypal, please e-mail me for a Paypal invoices at antiquesandswords@domin5678.plus.com.
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
This varies according to the item bought or enquiring about, as all our items weigh different weights.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally; any queries as to price please contact me. All our items are shipped Global Priority, tracked and fully insured.
Do you do layaways?
Yes we do do layaways. We request 30% of the full purchase price as a deposit and the remaining 70% to be paid within two months (in some cases we will look at extending this time period)
